And then it rained.  The fire fizzled out, and lo, in it's place, several

fertilised by the ashes from the fire.  Professor Wormoid Futtock decided,
after careful consideration, to take a sabbatical from her high-flying
career, and become a professional HR grower.  Tescos had already
promised to buy up every bit of root she could get her hands on.  As a
kindness, she still continued to write to poor Dr. Naichenfahrter where he
languished in a sanitorium.

And very nice it was too!  Hopefully the lovely non-artex ceiling will be
being plastered even as we speak.  

Do you think you and Hoof will be able to get that paint we talked about
btw?  I forgot yesterday pm.  Also, I'll transfer my hols spending money
to your account this week (along with the paint money if that's ok).  I
think I've still got your bank details somewhere.
