To make the marinade: In a large bowl combine the ingridients. Add the flank steak and toss to coat completely with the marinade. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning the meat after 1 hour. 2. To make the flank steak: 30 minutes before you are ready to cook, heat the grill. Remove the steak from the marinade and pat dry with paper towel. Season both sides of the steak with salt and peper. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare: Let rest before slicing 3. Slice the steak against the grain into 1/4 inch thick strips. Serve in rolled in worm tortillas with salsa, guacamole and cilantro. This is a great recipe from Mesa Grill Guide to Tequila.
