We would often spend a weekend night at home experimenting in the kitchen to come jup with the "ultimate" sauce for wings. This is what we ended up falling in love with. The final amount of sauce from this recipe seems VERY small, but that is because we found that this stick of butter and bottle of Texas Pete or whatever was just a bunch of leftover SOUP if you properly coated the wings. The way we'd do it is make a small amount of sauce, as you see here, and then put the wings in a Tupperware container, pour the sauce over, seal the container and shake vigorously) Came out perfect and non-soupy every time. If you're really scared your wings will be dry, feel free to double, triple, quadruple, septuple the amount of the recipe. It multiplies well. This is the amount we used to coat a dozen wings. Cat's Buffalo Wings 2 Tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp red pepper 1 tsp black pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 1 dozen buffalo wings Combine the first six ingredients in a saucepan. Start simmering the mixture only when wings are almost done. The amount of sauce should seem VERY small compared to the wings, so as to not make the wings "soupy". Fry or bake the wings according to package directions. When they are done, and the sauce has been simmered, pour the sauce into a sealable container. Add the wings. Seal the container and shake it vigorously until all wings are coated. Serve immediately with celery sticks and bleu cheese.
