Spanish Spiced Feta Cheese Feta cheese, sheep or goat cheese cut into cubes. up to 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 6 crushed garlic cloves about 2 tablespoons fresh Tarragon about 2 cups olive oil 2 or 3 chilies, sliced Mix up red wine vinegar, garlic cloves, fresh Tarragon and olive oil. Slice up two or three chilies. Mix with a spoon. Put the cheese in and let it steep for a few days.
