Potato Soup 6 large potatoes, diced 1 lb bacon 1 medium onion, chopped 6 heaping tablespoons flour 8 cups beef bouillon (8 cubes dissolved in water) 4 egg yolks beaten (optional)(I don't put this in) 2 cups sour cream Cook bacon until crispy. Remove and brown onions in bacon grease for 5 minutes, add flour. In a pot put bouillon, potatoes and bacon pieces and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
