Cut mutton into small pieces and combine with ground ingredients and powdered ingredients, chilli and salt. 2. Heat oil. Fry cinnamon, cloves, cardamon pods and onions until onions turn colour 3. Add meat and fry till fragrant. 4. Add tomato, water and boil till meat is tender. Anyway, I make this soup about twice a month, however I omit the green chilli and poppy seeds. I also add cubed potato (not the one that is used for mash potatoes). Also carrots. Sometimes I add elbow shaped macaroni, about two handfuls. Not too much. Sometimes I serve it with slices of french loaf. Instead of using mutton I would use chicken fillet. I boil it whole in the soup and after it's cooked I shred it into stringy pieces and add it back to the soup. Minced beef mixed with some spices and rolled into small balls are nice too. oh well ........ Sandra
