SESAME TUNA KEBABS 1/2 to 3/4 lb. albacore chunks 1 large bell pepper cored, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger 1 tablespoon sesame seeds Pat dry tuna and thread fish and pepper pieces onto soaked skewers. Turn on broiler or BBQ. In small bowl mix soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger and brush tuna with marinade. Sprinkle sesame seeds on fish and let sit for 10 minutes. Broil, basting with remainder of marinade until fish is just done. Serve over steamed rice with gingered carrots and zucchini. --From Simply Seafood, 1996
