GRILLED TUNA WITH FENNEL COATING

2 tuna steaks
1 Tbsp crushed fennel seeds
1 Tbsp white pepper
sliced lime

Spread fennel over both sides of  tuna and sprinkle with pepper.
Moisten with olive oil.  Grill or broil tuna steaks 10 minutes per inch of 
thickness.
Serve with sliced lime.
