Grapefruit Juice, fresh squeezed 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed 1/2 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce - or to taste Black Pepper, freshly ground - to taste Salt - to taste Fresh Parsley, chopped - as a garnish Combine all ingredients except fish and parsley to make marinade; allow red Snapper Fillets to marinate in sauce (30-60 minutes) in refrigerator. Remove fish from marinade and place on a lightly oiled barbecue grill and cook (10 minutes, per inch of thickness of fish), or until the flesh is opaque, brushing frequently with Spicy Citrus Sauce.
