From Emily 2redz@home.com Plum Salsa * 4 cups chopped fresh plums ( any type should do- I used some from my friend's backyard * tree) * 1 peeled, diced papaya * 1 bunch chopped green onions * 5-10 diced tomatillos * 1/2 cup chopped cilantro * 1/4 cup chopped parsley * ~1 finely chopped jalapeno or other hot pepper * 2 T. brown sugar * 3 T. white wine vinegar Combine all chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
