Mitchell Serves 4 This sweet and hot salsa pair well with any meat, poultry or fish dish. It's a colorful condiment, side dish chutney or fruit relish topping for a myriad of colors and flavors. 1 papaya peeled, seeded and diced 1 orange, peeled and segmented 1/2 ugli fruit or pink grapefruit, peeled and segmented 1/2 small red onion, diced 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 Anaheim or Jalapeno chile, roasted and chopped 2 Tbsp. Buderim Small Dice Or Sweet Shredded Ginger 1 Tbsp. Buderim Green Ginger Puree Or Grated Ginger, rinsed and drained Combine all ingredients and chill.
