Mango salsa


2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves
3-4 fresh jalepenos, chopped
the juice of 1 lime (about 2 Tbs)
grated rind of 1 lime
dash of salt

Mix together and let chill for at least an hour!
(this was hard to do, as we could hardly stop eating it!)

We served it with chips and margaritas, but it used up the
last of our fresh jalepenos from the garden. ):
