Mango salsa 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped 1 medium red onion, chopped 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves 3-4 fresh jalepenos, chopped the juice of 1 lime (about 2 Tbs) grated rind of 1 lime dash of salt Mix together and let chill for at least an hour! (this was hard to do, as we could hardly stop eating it!)
