This always goes over well, especially because it's light-tasting and has no mayonnaise. Potato and Green Bean Salad coarsely cut boiled red skin potatoes, cooled steamed green beans coarsely chopped plum tomatoes dressing: red wine vinegar (white wine or rice vinegar also works) light olive oil tablespoon or so of dijon mustard pepper fresh chopped parsley or chives Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. -- ~~Rec.food.recipes is moderated; only recipes and recipe requests are accepted for posting.
