Please send me yours. This is my very favorite pear salad; Pear And Pecan Salad 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 4 tsp Dijon mustard 4 Tbsp honey 3/4 cup corn oil 1 tsp poppy seeds mixed lettuce 2/3 cup pecans-toasted and chopped 2 pears-peeled and cut in pieces whisk vinegar, mustard, and honey in a small bowl to blend Gradually whisk in the oil. mix in poppy seeds. season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. toss lettuce and pecans in a large bowl with enough dressing to cover. season with salt and pepper. divide salad among 8 plates. toss pears with 1/4 cup of dressing in a small bowl-spoon pears on salad this is my utmost favorite salad! from me to you Lindatn37932@comcast.net Linda in Tennessee -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at recipes@swcp.com.
