Thank you Greek Pasta Salad 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Spiral pasta 1 red onion, thinly sliced 12 oz. (1 basket) cherry tomatoes, halved 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 can (3 1/2 oz.) medium black olives, pitted and halved 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced 6 oz. Feta cheese, coarsely crumbled Dressing 1 cup olive oil 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Pepper 1/4 tsp. Dried oregano 1 small clove garlic, minced Combine dressing ingredients in a jar - shake well - let chill in fridge. Cook pasta al dente per package instructions - drain and rinse in cold water until cool to the touch - drain well. Add pasta and the rest of the ingredients to a large bowl. Drain; rinse with cold water. Meanwhile, in blender or food processor, combine all dressing ingredients and process until smooth. Combine salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad, toss gently.
