Turn the tomatoes on their side and cut through into slices about 0.5cm/0.25in thick. Arrange in overlapping circles on a plate. 2. Trim and clean the spring onions. Cut in half lengthways and slice on the diagonal. Scatter these over the tomatoes. 3. Whisk all the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over the salad. Serve.
