BLEU CHEESE or ROQUEFORT DRESSING

2 cups  sour cream
1/4 lb  bleu or Roquefort cheese
1 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  garlic salt
1 Tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp  horseradish (optional)

Chop cheese into bits with knife.  Add other ingredients and blend with
food mixer.
