Of course, I always have to *change* any recipe I make. I replaced the bow-ties with rotini. I also used only 1/2 lb sausage and 1 cup of cream. Turned out great! ---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes & Cream Categories: Italian, Pork Yield: 4 servings 2 tb Olive oil 1 lb Sweet Italian sausage, 1/2 ts Dried red pepper flakes 1/2 c Diced onions 3 cl Garlic, minced 1 cn Italian tomatoes, dr, chopd 1 1/2 c Whipping cream 1/2 ts Salt 12 oz Bow tie pasta 3 tb Minced fresh parsley dash Grated Parmesan cheese Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat.
