(Don't let it turn into walnut butter.) Cook one pound of pasta and drain. Melt some butter in a pan over low, add in some crushed garlic. Be careful not to burn. Add in the walnuts, and stir for a few minutes. Add in some half and half or whole cream to make a sauce a little thicker than gravy. Turn off heat and add grated Parmesan Reggiano to taste.
