It came from the internet about four years ago; didn't get the name of the person who posted it. They are good. 2 large. Cod Steaks 1 can Beer 1/2 cup Flour pinch: Rosemary, Garlic, Salt, Paprika 1/2 cup Salsa 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1/4 head Cabbage -- sliced thin juice of 1 Lime Tortillas Rinse and drain fish Tear fish into slightly larger than bite size pieces Mix together flour and enough beer to make a foamy paste Stir in spices Coat fish and fry until golden brown SAUCE: Mix salsa, mayo, and lime juice CONSTRUCTION: Spoon sauce on warm tortilla Place pieces of fish on tortilla Top with cabbage Serve with a slice of lime ~~~ Rec.food.recipes is moderated; only recipes and recipe requests are accepted for posting.
