[Henk's Hot Kitchen] Bami Goreng Fried egg noodles. Favourite Lunch or light Dinner dish --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: Preparation: * 350 gr. Medium Egg noodles Boil the noodles, using the * 100 gr. Diced Pork Fillet instructions on the packet.Rinse * 50 gr. Small Prawns and set aside. * 1 medium Onion Heat your wok and add the oil. * 2 Cloves of Garlic Stir-fry the diced Onion and * 1 Carrot Garlic for 1 min. Add the meat, * 1 Small Leek prawns, trassi and sambal oelek * 2 tsp. Sambal Oelek and fry for a further 3 min.Add * 1 tsp. Trassi (shrimp paste) the finely sliced carrots and * 3 tbs. Ketjap Manis leek and fry for 4 more min. Add * 3 tbs. Oil the Noodles and Ketjap Manis. Use * Pepper & Salt pepper and salt as needed and stir-fry for a further 4 min. Serve hot.
