Fish Bouyou 500g fish 3 green chillies (chopped) 1 tsp garlic 3/4 tsp salt Lemon juice 1 onion 500g tomatoes (pureed) 1/2 cup oil 1/2tsp mustard seed 2 sprigs curry leaves or thyme 1/2tsp re chilli Wash , slice ahd dry fish. Sprinkle with a little salt and red chilli Fry the slices in 1/2 the oil. Remove fish and prepare curry. Fry mustard seeds in th remaining oil and when they stop spluttering, add green chilli and onion. When onion begins to changr colour, add tomatotes and garlic and cook till tomato blends in. Add fish slices, adding lemon juice and curry leaves,a little water and simmer till curry is thick. VARIATION: Add to above: 2tblsp tamarind and omit lemon juice. Hope you will enjoy it?
