Ingredients 1/2 cup tamarind (imli) 2 tbsp. jaggery (gur), grated 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. roasted cumin seed powder (jeera) 1/4 tsp. coriander seeds, crushed Salt according to taste Method 1.Soak the tamarind in 3/4 cup of warm water for 30 minutes. 2.Squeeze out the pulp from the tamarind mixture. 3.Add the jaggery, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander seeds and salt and mix well.
