A small pot of natural yoghurt. small amount of turmeric (1/4 tsp perhaps) 1 tsp of sugar half a tsp of salt 2 or 3 tsps of shop-bought mint sauce in vinegar Small amount of chilli powder if you like. Starts with lesser amounts of everything (except the yoghurt of course) and add more after you've tasted it. Don't forget to record what you add so that you can post your recipe here too :o) Mix everything together and thin with milk until it's the consistancy of your takeaway's sauce. Keep tasting and adjusting things (more mint, sugar, salt, whatever) until it tastes right. I found that it was virtually identical to takeaway sauce but it needed chilling to taste spot-on. Si
