Squeeze the lemons into a separate dish and set aside. Heat the oil and when hot, throw in the mustard seeds and leave to crackle. Then throw in the urad dal, channa dal, whole red chillies, turmeric powder, and curry leaves, and saute for two minutes. Now add the lemon juice and simmer for five minutes before adding the Basmati rice, peanuts and cashew nuts. Stir thoroughly to amalgamate, check the seasoning and serve.
