Add the sprouts. Mix well and sprinkle with chilli powder, coriander and turmeric. Add salt to taste and stir well. Cover and cook on a gentle heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with the sugar and ground cloves, and mix well. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving. Cheers, Ray
