A good friend of mine who is Indian makes these often and this is her recipe. However, her's doesn't contain cheese. I'm sure you could add it if you like though. BTW they're delicious and very addictive. For the life of me I can't remember what they're called though. Here's the recipe... Ingredients: Fresh spinach chopped and washed Yellow onions sliced long ways Besan (lentil) flour salt to taste chili powder to taste crushed cardamom *mix veggies and flour so that it's lightly coated, spinach should be slightly moist. Add salt, chili, and cardamom. You kind of want to mix it well enough that the spinach is somewhat wilted. Heat vegetable and drop by fingertip fulls. Cook until crispy and set aside on a towel to remove excess oil.
