Title: Chinese Rojak (Similar To Gado Gado) Categories: Chinese, Main dish, Vegetables, Chilies Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 Pineapple, peeled, cut in Wedges 1 Green mango, peeled, seeded And cut in wedges 1 Choko, peeled, sliced thinly And lightly salted 1 sm Yam bean, peeled and cut in Wedges 2 Lebanese cucumbers, cut in Wedges 1 bn Kangkong (water convolvulus) Or 1 bunch watercress 1 Soy beancake, cubed 1/2 c Roasted peanuts, roughly Ground Sauce: 1 tb Tamarind pulp, reconstituted In 1/4 cup water 2 tb Kechap manis 2 tb Chilli garlic sauce 1 tb Sugar Combine sauce ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves.
