The wider the container the better 2.Quickly add a tablespoon of peanut oil or palm oil. 3.When the oil too is hot, quickly throw in 2 garlic, 2 pearl onion, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon fresh chilli or hot pepper ... whatever you call it (all sliced thinly). Stri fry until fragrant. 4.Remove the garlic, pearl onion, chilli & garlic to prevent them from burning into black stuff. 5.Wait for the pan to be smoking hot. Really hot. 6. Then quickly add then vege and fry really quickly in really strong heat. Do not add water. 7. When the vege is wilted, sprinkle salt & a pinch of sugar, add the garlic, onion, chilli & garlic. Pour a tablespoon of good soy sauce on the vege and serve. You can also sprinkle a tablespoon of crunchy roasted sesame seed on the vege. Makes excellent side dish. Jas ps contrary to believe, Palm Oil is very good for your health. It doesn't have bad cholestrol. It's loaded with vitamins. Read about it's health benefits from independent reports and not the ones prepared by the an American vegetable oil manufacturing group that was trying to discredit it's benefits in the late 80s. The result of their actions? The price of palm oil production plunged. Many poor farmers in Indonesia & Malaysia suffered enormously. Those who earned US$150.00 a month, then raked in even less.
